Paris is a lamp signed and designed in 2012 by Studio Job. Job Smeets’ concept is inspired by the years when, as a young “bohemian”, he lived in Paris and the Tower was his neighbor, a reassuring presence in his life. Initially produced in a limited edition, now completely redesigned both in shapes and materials, Paris entered the Qeeboo world. This fixture features an Eiffel Tower that, while bending, becomes the supporting stem of the brass diffuser of a floor or table lamp.

This year the luxury brand Boca do Lobo debut at Maison et Objet the incredible Lumiere Mirror. A confluence of Victorian street lights and architectural tectonic form, the Lumiere Mirror exemplifies the contemporary dualities of art and functionality. The large round wall lamp sculpture is made of wood folded by polished stainless steel that portrays a perfect mirror. Through the manual fitting of hammered polished brass, sheet bursts an antique fixture with an intricate edge detailing arm topped by an elegant pane lantern hand-sculpted by a casting mold.

Considered one of the most expensive bathtubs in the world, this Archeo bathtub is incredible. This solid-copper bathtub will give you all the relaxation you desire. You can fill it with 270 liters of water and enjoy the comfort of this tub. This amazing piece of bathroom furniture is made by the same people who have restored the torch on the Statue of Liberty in New York.

Unlike all the other gifts and limited edition pieces on this list, you can’t actually buy (for now) the amazing Badminton Cabinet. You probably recognize the name because this sumptuous cabinet has been on the news a lot.  The Badminton Cabinet is a monumental piece of 18th-century furniture that twice set the record for a most expensive piece of furniture ever sold, the last on in 2004 when it sold by a whooping twnty million dollars in an auction, Today the Badminton Cabinet is valued in more than 30 million dollars so if it comes up for auction again…you know how much you’ll spend….

The unique and extravagant Missoni knitwear Sofa doesn’t come cheap, so it’s no wonder that this sprawling bohemian-style modular sofa, a collaboration between Missoni and high-end French furniture firm Roche Bobois, is a little on the pricey side but ultimately an exquisite gift… Clad in Missoni Home fabrics, the customizable design is an haute couture patchwork of pattern and colour.
