The Baccarat Residences is a design project by the firm Ingrao Inc, a design company that is no rookie in these kinds of efforts, since they have done a lot of home design projects in the past, including for celebrities like Howard and Beth Stern as well as Jack and Suzy Welch. Ingrao was asked to bring the French brand’s style. The spaces are furnished with luxury materials such as marble and solid oak. David Adjaye and Aston Martin’s Amazing NYC Project


David Adjaye has partnered with luxury carmaker Aston Martin to design homes and limited edition SUVs for five residents who will live in the British-Ghanaian architect’s first New York skyscraper.  Five Aston Martin Residences will be located on the 59th and 60th floors of 130 William – Adjaye’s 244-metre-tall residential tower under construction in Manhattan. Each resident will also receive a limited-edition, Adjaye-designed Aston Martin DBX. Differing from the other homes in the 242-unit tower, these five will be decorated with materials, textiles and furniture sourced from the Aston Martin Home Collection by the Italian manufacturer Formitalia, with additional touches by Adjaye.
